DragonflyPing is a Canadian software company. We build one thing: a front desk that answers your clients by text, so you can keep working on the client in your chair.
Why we built it
Clients text. Salons are busy.
Clients want to text, at any hour. A nail tech with a client in the chair can't stop to answer, and a text that waits until tomorrow can become a booking somewhere else.
So we built a front desk that answers every text in the salon's own name, keeps the calendar full with reminders and a waitlist, and invites lost regulars back. And we set it up for you, because salon owners have enough to do.
